AXUR, INC., headquartered at 601 Brickell Key Drive, Suite 901, Miami, FL, 33131, United States, EIN 30-0963557, developed and maintains its SaaS (software as a service) platform in the domain https://one.axur.com/, to allow you, licensed user, to access it. This document explains how your data are used in the context of your use on the Platform.
• Performance of the agreement: We use the data related to your use of the Platform to perform the agreement signed between Axur and your organization. This includes the analysis of interactions, including for billing purposes for contracted services and for sending communications about the Platform.
• Compliance with legal obligations: AXUR is subject to certain legal obligations when making the Platform available to You, including collecting and retaining records (logs) of access and activities on the Platform.
• Monitoring how the Platform is used: We use cookies and other monitoring and automated collection technologies to understand what type of device and internet browser You are using, in order to present the Platform in an appropriate format, as well as to remember your preferences and settings, understand your behaviors and interests, monitor the appropriate use of the Platform, in accordance with the Agreement/General Terms, Terms of Use, and any instructions from AXUR. In addition, AXUR also monitors the use of the Platform to improve it, including by providing more relevant search results. Find out more about the use of cookies in item 3 of this Notice.
• Platform Improvements: We also use data related to your interaction with the Platform for statistical, auditing, and Platform improvement purposes, always in aggregate form.
AXUR only uses Personal Data necessary for its legitimate purposes, which are:
• Registration Data for access to Platform management: Full name, corporate email, company and segment of operation. The data re necessary to contact the client about the products/services they have contracted. Furthermore, the Axur One Platform is only accessible to registered users. If the user does not agree to the processing of their data, they will not be able to access the platform and the service might not be provided correctly.Legal basis: Performance of agreement.
• Automated Collection Data: Data from your interactions on the Platform, such as your navigation, the pages and content you access and create, your searches, and other actions. Additionally, AXUR also collects the time spent on each page or file; data about your device, such as browser and operating system.Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
• Access Logs/Records: in compliance with the applicable laws, AXUR collects and retains for the period determined by law all access records generated by its insertion with the Platform, including the IP address number, date, time, and time zone.Legal basis: compliance with legal or regulatory obligation by the controller.
Cookies are small snippets of file or pairs of data in text format that can be stored on your devices when you use or access Axur products/services. Generally, a cookie contains the name of the website that originated it, its lifespan and a value, which is generated randomly. Data related to your interaction with the Platform, as well as data provided by you during its use, will not be shared in any way with third parties and will only be kept for exclusive use, in accordance with the contractual terms and the terms of use. However, AXUR may share data with third-party suppliers to support AXUR's activities, such as cloud/cloud computing providers, data processing structures, and other service providers.
In summary, to facilitate your understanding, AXUR may disclose personal data collected with third parties in the following situations and within the limits authorized by law:
i. For administrative purposes such as research, planning, service development, security, and risk management;
ii. In the event of a consolidation, spin-off, acquisition, or merger of Axur;
iii. For the purpose of delivering the product and/or service contracted with Axur; and
iv. When necessary to comply with a legal obligation, determination of a competent authority or court order.
v. Collaboration with investigations by public bodies and authorities and/or to protect national security.
vi. Investigating and defending third-party allegations.

Axur will store the information collected on cloud servers of service providers contracted by Axur. Suppliers are evaluated to provide the security expected by Axur, so that all personal data processed by Axur is kept confidential, complete, and accessible, when necessary.
Axur uses reasonable market and legally required means to preserve the privacy of the data collected. Therefore, it adopts the following precautions:
i. When necessary, Axur uses standard and market methods to encrypt and anonymize the data collected;
ii. Axur has protection against unauthorized access to its systems; and
iii. Those who come into contact with the information are contractually committed to granting strict confidential treatment to any personal data to which they have access, under penalty of liability, under the American and Brazilian laws and any other applicable foreign law.
Axur uses its best efforts to preserve the privacy of user data. However, no website is completely secure and Axur cannot fully guarantee that all information that passes through the pages will not be the target of unauthorized access perpetrated through methods designed to obtain information improperly.
For this reason, we encourage users to take appropriate measures to protect themselves.
Axur has cloud servers located in the state of Northern Virginia, in the United States of America and located in the city of Frankfurt, state of Hesse, Germany. Without prejudice, Axur may change the location of data as long as the server offers the same degree of security, privacy and data protection practices, as well as performance for users, always in accordance with the applicable law.
Axur will retain information from subjects only for the period necessary to fulfill the stated purpose for which the personal data were processed, including security of processing, legal and regulatory obligations (e.g. audit, laws, accounting, and other applicable laws), disputes regarding processing, and for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
